Spring at last, again

The snow is gone and that in combination with having Keving Fleming on board things have really taken off. I don't know where we would be if not for Fleming Construction - we certainly would not be making the progress we are now. It was fun for awhile to run the job ourselves, but I'm glad we realized it was really too much for us. The rough plumbing is finished and ready for inspection, a flue inspection for the wood burning stove has been scheduled for March 21, the electric by AMP Electric (Chris Paige) is finished on the upper two floors and they are working on the ground level, the heating and duct work by Kronenberg (Jody) is finished. Can you believe it? We just have to get past the framing inspection and then we will be ready for insulation. On the outside, the siding and trim work by Creo Construction in Chester is finished and they did a fantastic job. We used Hardi Plank color sandstone beige with white Azek trim (no painting or rotting wood for us). Here are the latest photos taken on March 18th:

Hey, how did he get in here.

I'm not sure, but I think the dumpster is full.
